Tikore Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Tikore Titanium Hardware. For all returns and exchanges, please review the following policies and guidelines.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for direct purchases of Tikore titanium hardware, lug nuts and lug bolts made through our website or Retail Sales Team within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee, with original shipping fees non-refundable.* All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs to MW Company are the responsibility of the customer.

*Products eligible for return or exchange are titanium lug nuts and lug bolts only. Custom, final sale, and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are accepted for direct purchases of Tikore titanium lug nuts and lug bolts within 30 days of purchase for full credit of the original price minus a 15% restocking fee.* Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

HOW TO START THE RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS

For direct purchases, please contact us at returns@mw.company with your full name, order number, item to return or exchange, reason for the return, and specify if you prefer a refund or exchange. Alternatively, you may call our customer service team at +1 800.788.9353 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Please note: Items returned to MW Company without proper return authorization documentation may be disposed of. Items that have been used, damaged, or returned in incorrect packaging will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Exchanges require a replacement order at the time the Return Authorization is issued. Exchanged items will not ship until the returned product has been received and inspected.

 

Dealer/Distributor Purchases: Returns or exchanges must be processed through the authorized dealer or distributor you purchased from.

Custom, final sale, and discounted items are not eligible for return.

Tikore Warranty and Purchasing Procedures

Limited Warranty:
MW Company offers a limited warranty on our titanium lug nuts and lug bolts, covering defects in materials and workmanship as solely determined by MW Company upon inspection. The warranty period begins on the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser and remains valid for one year from this date. This warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

MW Company warrants its titanium products, lug nuts and lug bolts to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, starting from the date of retail purchase. This warranty is valid only if the products have been used according to MW Company 's specifications and with MW Company -approved accessories and replacement parts.

MW Company’s warranty does not cover:

  • Abuse, misuse, or modifications of the product.
  • Appearance defects resulting from installation or mounting.
  • Damage due to improper use or application outside of Tikore’s specifications.

To claim a warranty, the original purchaser must notify MW Company in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect and deliver the product with the alleged defect to MW Company within 10 days of this notice. Please call 1-800-788-9353 for a Return Authorization Number, which must accompany any product returned to Tikore. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Claims:
MW Company takes pride in our Tikore products packaging to ensure your titanium hardware arrive in excellent condition. Claims for any shortages or shipment errors must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Title of merchandise transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, and the carrier assumes responsibility for delivering the order in good condition. If any items are damaged upon arrival, please file a claim with the carrier immediately.

Damage or Shortages:
Any carton shortages or damages must be documented on the carrier’s bill of lading at receipt and followed by a claim with the shipping carrier. All concealed shortages or shipping damages should be reported to Tikore Customer Service at returns@mw.company or by calling 1-800-788-9353 within 5 business days of delivery. Tikore will review and, at our discretion, either issue a credit or replace parts. Unauthorized payment deductions are not permitted and will be charged back to the customer’s account with applicable finance charges.

Limitation of Liability:
The foregoing warranty is in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which are hereby disclaimed by MW Company to the fullest extent allowed by law. MW Company’s liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of products determined to be defective. Under no circumstances will MW Company be responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Jurisdiction:
This warranty will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Missouri, without reference to principles of conflict of laws. For international customers, the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not apply. All court proceedings between MW Company and the Owner concerning the Products, whether under the foregoing warranty or otherwise, shall be litigated only in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
